Connecting talent for a VC portfolio

Founder’s Circle Capital is a venture firm that invests in people: first, with capital investments in growth-stage companies, and second, by convening and nurturing communities of elite executives. Founder’s Circle Capital engaged Great Team Partners to assess the interplay between their portfolio’s hiring needs and their network and to design a system to serve their community via mutually beneficial introductions. 

Results

By performing a comprehensive audit of Founder’s Circle’s platform offerings and stakeholder engagement, we identified key gaps and workflow breakdowns that structurally prohibited Founder’s Circle’s  desired impact. From there, we built a suite of recommended improvements to inform all stages of their interactions, from executive onboarding and inputs for search recall, to collateral to train line-level investors, and opportunities to expand their network reach.
