Upleveling Formswift’s Talent team

Formswift is a tech-enabled platform that offers legal documents for personal use. Formswift engaged GTP to help hire People / Talent team members, up-level these hires once onboard, and advise the leadership team on People strategy.  

Results

From 2016–2020, we enabled the hiring of three critical Talent and People team members who effectively: hired for major roles, implemented processes necessary for scale, and expanded their own responsibilities to enable Formswift’s growth. We helped the Formswift team establish hiring practices, calibrate on target profiles for open roles, develop negotiation skills to effectively close key hires, and translate employee feedback to reduce attrition. Formswift was founded and bootstrapped by Sathvik Tantry, and acquired by Dropbox in 2022.
