Creating a recruiting curriculum

Mavericks is a technical and go-to-market recruiting RPO that supports venture-backed startups like GoFundMe, Figma, OpenDoor, and Plaid during periods of rapid growth. 

While scaling their own team to keep up with increased demand, they wanted to establish world-class internal processes to ensure their recruiters and sourcers have the best training in the industry. 

Mavericks hired Great Team Partners to build an onboarding curriculum to improve and accelerate new recruiters' performance. We were hired to audit their current processes, build programming to improve and codify onboarding, and provide leadership coaching to maximize the performance of high achievers. 

Results

GTP created a robust curriculum to support Maverick’s rapidly growing employee base, including recruiting tools and training materials designed to work at scale. In total, we delivered over a dozen valuable resources, including a candidate screening checklist, pitch builder, and requisition intake form, in addition to training materials like Recruiting Process A–Z, Reading a Resume Onboarding, and Closing 101.
